APOLLO POLICIES

At Apollo Hair Studio, we are committed to fostering a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our guests. By following these guidelines, you help us enhance our service quality and your overall experience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Cell Phones

We kindly request that you keep your cellphones on silent during your visit to the studio. Additionally, we ask that you remain mindful of your cell phone use while your stylist is working. Minimizing distractions allows our stylists to maintain focus and provide you with the highest level of service. Thank you for your cooperation in fostering a professional and enjoyable atmosphere for all.

Children and additional Guests

We appreciate your understanding that due to the intimate size of our studio, we kindly request you leave any children or additional guests at home. This policy ensures that we can maintain a focused and relaxing environment for all of our guests.

Cancellations

We kindly request that clients provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If this notice period is not adhered to, a fee will be applied, and payment will be required before rebooking your next service. 

No-Shows

We have a strict no-tolerance policy for no-shows. Please be advised that any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be treated as a no-show and the full amount of the service will need to be paid to rebook. Failure to settle this payment will result in future service restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time.
